Approach

Research inside a holding company only justifies itself if something gets built. Our programmes are staffed jointly with group manufacturing teams and evaluated on whether a capability reached production, not on how it was received at a conference.

That constraint shapes what we work on. We take programmes where the group already owns the means to manufacture the result, and we decline work that would need a partner we do not have.
