The Partners

Three partners. One balance sheet.

No outside limited partners and no board seats held by external capital. Decisions are made by the people who operate the entities.

01

Joshi Chaitanya

Managing Partner

Leads capital allocation across the group and works directly inside the manufacturing, research, and venture divisions. Final decisions on new entities sit with him.

02

Girish Joshi

Partner

Operations and governance across the group’s operating entities, with responsibility for how production, quality, and reporting run day to day.

03

Kedar Joshi

Partner

Frontier technology and emerging markets. Works closest to the associates network and to the origination of entities the group has not yet built.

The associates network.

An associates network operates around the three partners — operators, engineers, and investors who source opportunities, run diligence, and in some cases lead entities inside the group.

Associates are not listed. They work under the same confidentiality that covers nine of our twenty-eight entities, and most introductions to Joshiz arrive through them rather than through us.

Three people, short decisions.

How we govern

  • 01

    No investment committee

Capital allocation sits with the Managing Partner and the partner closest to the division. Decisions take days, not quarters.

  • 02

    Operators, not overseers

Each division is run by someone accountable for its output, not by a corporate function reporting on it.

  • 03

    Shared engineering

Technical staff move between entities as programmes demand. Expertise is a group asset, not a subsidiary one.

  • 04

    Discretion as default

Nine entities sit under restriction. The partners carry those relationships directly rather than delegating them.

Reaching the partners.

The partners are reached through the associates network or through someone already working with the group.
